Miss Marple's Final Cases and Two Other Stories by
Agatha Christie

Even after the publication of 'Sleeping Murder', Christie's resourceful publishers were not
quite finished with Miss Marple and came up with this gathering of six more stories about the
spinster sleuth. In truth, the title is misleading since the stories had first appeared, although
not together, a good many years earlier. Nevertheless, there are some enjoyable tales,
including' Tape Measure Murder', which is arguably the best of the bunch. To fill out the
book, two non-Marple stories were also put in: 'The Dressmaker's Doll' and 'In a Glass
Darkly'.
