Hodder. David Belbin is the author of the police series The Beat and many other
Point Crime novels for young adults. He is Britain's best-selling teen crime writer.
Robert Cordell has written a text book on Bio-chemistry, this is his first published short
story. Michael Eaton's screenplays include .Signs and Wonders, Shoot to
Kill and Fellow Traveller, No Smoke, published here is the companion story
to his Screen Two play, Flowers of the Forest. Ray Flynn is a retired
Police Inspector. Hodder publish his novels including Seascape with Body and Fine
Body of Men. John Harvey is the author of nine Resnick novels, his latest being Easy
Meat. City of Crime includes a new Resnick short story. H R F Keating is the
author of the Inspector Ghote series and many other crime novels. He is a past president
of the British Crime Writers Association. Robert McMinn's stories have appeared in the
late Slow Dance magazine. Stanley Middleton is the author of many books including Brief
Moments, Married Past Redemption and Two Brothers. He is a past winner
of the Booker Prize with Holiday. Peter Mortimer runs the Iron Press in Newcastle.
He has had numerous plays produced on stage and radio and has published several poetry
collections. Brendan Murphy teaches Creative Writing at the University of Derby his
stories have appeared on Radio 4. Julie Myerson writes for the Independent The Obsever and
other papers. Picador have published two of her novels, Sleepwalking and
The Touch.. Frank Palmer is the author of the police procedural novels in the Jacko
and Todd series. Alan Sillitoe recently published his autobiography, Life Without
